An old friend of Ichiko’s with whom she has often worked professionally. A widower with no children, Artur is a charming elderly gentleman, who is fascinated by Dr. Binder’s specialties and has called her in on several occasions to assist in uncovering fakes. He has a toe or two in the 1st World and has proven quite knowledgeable regarding more esoteric volumes of lore. He also is a very fastidious tea aficionado and has a quick yet dry wit.
